The Heart Behind Pi

PI did not begin as a brand or a business idea. It began in therapy.

For two and a half years, I sat in the clients chair doing the work quietly and consistently. During that season, I made a personal commitment to showing up for myself, even when it was uncomfortable. Over time, that commitment changed how I showed up in my life, my relationships, and my sense of self.

As I became more grounded, something unexpected happened. People began to find me. They asked questions. They looked for language for what they were feeling. They wanted perspective, reflection, and space to make sense of their own growth.

During one therapy session, my therapist reflected something back to me that stayed. She said I would have been a good therapist. Having spent years in the clients chair, I knew what it meant to be held in that space. Instead of spiraling into what if, I sat with curiosity about what my version of helping people could look like outside of therapy.

That curiosity led me deeper into the study of psychology and into creating something of my own. I realized I needed a creative and reflective space that allowed me to integrate psychological insight, lived experience, and personal growth in a way that felt human and accessible.

PI grew from that need.

This space is not therapy, and it is not about fixing anyone. It is a space informed by therapy and shaped by experience. It is for people who are doing the work and want a place to reflect, connect, and feel understood without having to perform or explain themselves.

PI exists to hold conversations that are honest, thoughtful, and grounded. It is a place to explore growth with curiosity instead of urgency, depth instead of noise, and connection instead of comparison.

This is how PI came to be, and it is an honor to hold this space with you.

How Pi Shows Up

Fully here. Right where you are.

Keeps perspective. We take the work seriously — not ourselves.

Naming what’s there. Not just what sounds good.

Practice, not performed.
